Registration

Applications for registration are accepted at all times throughout the year.  Spaces are filled as they become available according to our school's initial acceptance policy.  

The following requirements must be met before acceptance is final:

• Registration and Health forms
• Interview of student and parents by the principal
• Current Alabama Certificate of Immunization (COI)
• Certified, original birth certificate 
• Baptismal certificate, if Catholic
• Social Security Number
• Academic records (most recent report card, testing information if applicable)
• Copy of Individual Education Plan (IEP), copy of psychometric testing
• Copies of divorce decrees and/or custody judgments issued by the courts (if applicable)
• Signed Tuition Agreement, FACTS auto tuition payment account set up

Age requirements for students depend on the age of the student as of September 1 for the school year entering. (example: first graders must be 6 years old on/before September 1)
