Accelerated Reader Program

Literacy focus at Little Flower is supported by the use of the Accelerated Reader Program. Every teacher in grades K-8 uses the program to encourage independent reading with personalized goals for each student. Over 90% of the books in our two libraries are identified as AR books, showing reading levels and points earned for each book. Students are rewarded with special incentives for reaching their goal each quarter.
